With the drylin® linear guides expert, you can quickly and easily find suitable drylin® linear guides specifically for your application, then configure and calculate the expected service life.
First, define the desired profile of your linear guide and in the next step determine the installation size, number of rails, number of carriages per rail and mounting position. Then give the specifications for the drive and centre of gravity, and state your application requirements such as gravitational force or acceleration. In the next step your configuration is verified regarding the suitability for your application. In addition, your input will be collectively listed in order to make final optimisations to your configuration. In the next step, you will be offered several actions on how to proceed with the configuration. Besides being able to generate a report of your configuration as a PDF, you can view your configuration in the igus® 3D CAD or call up the configured product on the igus® website.
